Reformer Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and motivated Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting and instructing group classes, adhering to our teaching standards, and promoting a welcoming environment for members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Adhere to processes and teaching standards set by the Manager
  • Ensure class delivery is at a consistent 10/10 standard
  • Promote an energetic and welcoming environment for members
  • Build strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio
  • Where required, assist in capturing class content and testimonials for use on social media

Requirements:

  • Must have a Reformer Certification
  • Must have valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • A passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advanced members
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to break down exercises and offer progressions and regressions
  • To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
  • To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill-in classes
  • To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment
