Job Description:
Rouse Hill OOSH is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to help guide and support our team in delivering exceptional programs that meet the needs and interests of children and families.

We are a vibrant and inclusive OOSH service committed to providing high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for children aged 5-12. Our philosophy centers on play-based learning, wellbeing, and fostering strong community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent is required. Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role is also necessary. Sound practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF, and My Time Our Place are essential. Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, as well as a current Working with Children check, are also required.
