Key Position: Educational Leader

An opportunity exists to join our vibrant and inclusive service as an educational leader.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional educational programs for children aged 5-12.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and evaluate educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Mentor and support educators to enhance their practice and confidence in program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families and the broader community.
  • Collaborate with the Nominated Supervisor and team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.
Requirements:
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior leadership role.
  • Practical knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF and My Time Our Place.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a current Working with Children check.
