Lead Veterinary Nurse Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team at a multi-disciplinary specialist hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for team leadership, be able to advocate for their team and patients, and possess strong clinical and administrative skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies for team development and improvement
  • Work closely with interdepartmental teams to achieve business objectives
  • Drive participation in workflow improvements and support a positive work environment

The ideal candidate will also act as a representative for collaborative engagement between departments, aiming for a cohesive hospital approach.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert IV or above in Veterinary Nursing

Desirable qualifications include additional certifications and experience using relevant software.
