We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As part of the Hygiene Team, you will be responsible for organizing and scheduling regular field service activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing installations and jobs for completion within set time frames and reporting variances to management;
  • Responding to customer inquiries and arranging necessary non-routine service calls;
  • Maintaining paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing documents for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System;

To succeed in this role, you will require strong administrative and communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to give clear instructions. Additionally, you should have strong collaboration skills, time management skills, and previous experience in a similar role or fast-paced office environment.
