Job Title: Experienced Culinary Professionals Wanted for Remote Roles

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team in various key positions, including Head Chef, Chef, Sous Chef, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, HSEQ, Catering Attendant, and Housekeeping.

As a remote work provider, we offer the opportunity to live and work in Karratha, a vibrant city with a rich cultural scene. Our clients operate in remote sites, gold mines, and coal fields, providing vital workplace support to people working in isolated terrains.

The roles available require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and experiences. If you have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, previous leadership roles, or a background in health and wellbeing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Head Chef: Lead a talented kitchen team, create delicious menus, and oversee kitchen operations.
  • Chef: Prepare exceptional dishes and collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch culinary experiences.
  • Sous Chef: Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Health and Wellbeing Coordinator: Promote health and wellness initiatives within the workplace.
  • HSEQ: Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance across all departments.
  • Catering Attendant: Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas and service spaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade qualification (Culinary positions)
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and Food Safety experience (HSEQ positions)
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness - or - Diploma of Sport and Recreation (Health and Wellbeing Coordinators)
