We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team.


Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanor. They will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, operate the hotel's Property Management System (PMS), address guest inquiries, and handle guest billing and account management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Handle guest billing, payments, and account management with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel software and systems is an advantage.
  • High level of organizational skill and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Must have valid working rights.
