  • Support the achievement of driver fleet staffing objectives
  • Provide support and administrative services in all aspects of attracting, recruiting, selecting and inducting candidates
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System to provide support and input to improvement projects
  • Join our national sourcing team who work together to achieve fleet sourcing objectives for each state
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and positive approach to work
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to alter tone and language for a diverse audience
  • Individual recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment
  • Working knowledge of transport systems and technology (Hub Putty and DX Connect Mobile App)
  • Understanding of chain of responsibility
  • Strong administration and organisation skills to prioritise, allocate and meet deadlines
  • Experience in reporting and analysing information for use by others
  • Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
