Job Summary

Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Officer to support small businesses in Queensland by prioritizing future growth potential and transparency in expanding public money.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Small Business Exceptional Assistance grant program: Work with the team to effectively manage and deliver the grant program.
  • Manage the grant process: Handle the grant application, administration, and payment processes from start to finish in an organized manner.
  • Maintain and report on program progress: Keep track of program deliverables and share updates through regular reports.
  • Analyze program data and advise management: Review data from the program, draw conclusions, and make suggestions to the team.
  • Handle requests from stakeholders: Respond to questions and requests for information from people inside and outside the organization.
  • Build strong relationships: Create and maintain good working relationships with others involved in the program, both within and outside the organization.
  • Prepare content for various documents: Write and organize information for briefings, reports, and other documents.
  • Use business software: Utilize tools including MS Power BI, SmartyGrants, Excel, Word, and Outlook for data analysis and in your daily work.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Actively look for ways to improve the grant program. This involves suggesting improvements based on data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and best practices.
