SIXT Australia is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, create opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Open and close rental agreements, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Sell additional over-the-counter rental products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and organize fleet to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer.
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage to maintain our high standards.
  • Deliver vehicles between sites to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area to ensure a positive experience for all.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work across all Sunshine Coast locations within trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience.
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic.
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential).
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

All successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
