SIXT Australia is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team on the Sunshine Coast.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring rental vehicles meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Open and close rental agreements
  • Sell additional over-the-counter rental products
  • Manage reservations and organize fleet
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage
  • Deliver vehicles between sites
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work across all Sunshine Coast locations within trading hours
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
  • Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
