Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to drive sales and revenue growth across Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial customers.

About the Role

This pivotal role targets mid-tier commercial accounts across various industries, including road transport, local government, mining, waste, industrial, agriculture, and construction. Your focus will be on promoting our full suite of commercial solutions, ensuring customer needs are met while maximising value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically drive growth through prospecting, networking, and account management, promoting our full product range
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline by delivering our commercial business
  • Plan and target regional and metro markets
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, securing new business opportunities, renewals, and tenders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercial value, while preparing and presenting monthly business reports
  • Represent us at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering strong internal and external networks
  • Maintain industry awareness, ensuring compliance with ACCC requirements and championing our commitment to safety

Key skills and experience required include success in new business growth within a B2B environment, ability to develop and execute sales plans, strong commercial negotiation skills, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
