About Our Role

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is a critical role that involves managing commercial performance, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and resolving disputes.

In this position, you will be responsible for embedding effective commercial governance and assurance across the sub-Business Group or Project Portfolio. You will also support the tender governance process for the sub-Business Group, administer contracts, and develop commercial strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial plans to achieve business objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial and contracting policies;
  • Managing risk and resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner;

To succeed in this role, you will need:
