The role of Senior Technical Services Leader is critical in driving operational efficiency, optimising resource allocation, and reducing costs. This includes enhancing process effectiveness, implementing best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and skills development.

As a leader, you will be responsible for setting performance metrics, driving continuous process improvement, and reporting on operational performance. Your expertise in technical services and operations will enable you to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and lead a national team of technical services professionals.
  • Set performance metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance of the technical services team.
  • Maximise technician productivity and minimise downtime through scheduling and resource allocation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on technical services and/or operations.
  • Understanding of healthcare technology, systems, and equipment is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and managing costs.
