Technical Excellence Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic technical direction in the Commercial Tech Operations Squad, leveraging expertise to enhance and customise the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish technical requirements and steer project delivery.
  • Establish and continuously improve technical standards and development practices, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of Salesforce development experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices.
  • Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications (holding several of the following): Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
