Project Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong ties to the Geelong region and a well-established local network.

This role sits within our Community Development group, where you will work on a broad range of VIC projects in land development, subdivision, commercial buildings, and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background in land development and civil project management, as well as proven experience leading teams of engineers and technicians.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Leading project delivery by providing management skills to ensure the end products meet client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establishing project plans, including resourcing, finance, risk, and quality in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Complying with project controls, including project scheduling, monitoring and reporting progress, cost, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience and a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as commercial acumen.
