- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by understanding customers' needs, analysing the local market and monitoring competition to prioritise products and services that enhance profitability.
- Ensure the shop is in excellent shape as new and always fully and efficiently stocked and that the product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers in every touch point.
- Responsible for execution of central solution and ways of working as well as development and constant improvement of local ways of working and internal service agreements.
- Proactive and customer-focused with the right attitude and behaviours to actively drive sales and assist customers in their buying decisions.
- Skilled in understanding customer behaviour and applying this knowledge to influence sales and service strategies.
- Committed to developing co-workers by managing performance, providing coaching and building a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
