
Care Leader Physiotherapist

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality community care services. This includes guiding a team while providing tailored in-home and community-based care to clients.
- This role involves leading a dedicated team of physiotherapists, supervising Allied Health Assistants, and contributing to service delivery excellence and continuous improvement across our Community Services division.
Key requirements of the role:
Physiotherapy ServicesDeliver best-practice physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
Leadership and Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students. Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
Promoting Physiotherapy ServicesPromote physiotherapy services internally and externally to help grow and improve care offerings.
Client OutcomesSupport client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.
Requirements- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of aged care funding streams (CHSP, HCP, STRC, My Aged Care) is desirable.
- Current driver's license and police check.
