About Us
Job OpportunityAs a physiotherapy services provider, we are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead our team in delivering high-quality community care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, support staff, and students.
- Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote physiotherapy services internally and externally.
- Support client outcomes through collaboration, education, and continuous service improvement.
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in aged or community care.
- Excellent assessment, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and support a diverse team.
- Knowledge of aged care funding streams is desirable.
- Current driver's license and police check.
