
Physiotherapist - Residential Aged Care

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Physiotherapist in a Residential Aged Care setting. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- To assess and develop individualized reablement and restorative intervention plans for residents
- To conduct consumer-centered assessments, therapy, and outcomes
- To provide pain management, falls prevention, and evidenced-based exercise programs
- To prescribe equipment and perform safety assessments
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A recognized tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Full working rights in Australia
- National NDIS Worker Screening Check (with online NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate)
