  • Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings demands a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • We prepare insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions, working closely with our legal team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Liaison with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers, and other stakeholders is crucial in this role, requiring excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines is essential, as we work to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Internal cash management and record keeping are vital responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
