Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team.

  • Advise on large and complex corporate restructuring and workouts
  • Manage formal insolvency administrations, including receiverships, administrations and liquidations for major banks and leading accounting firms
  • Identify distressed investment opportunities for private capital funds
  • Work on cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters with alliance partners
  • Participate in significant commercial litigation for leading companies

The role sits within our Disputes and Investigations Practice and is preeminent in the Asia Pacific region.

You Will Have:

  • Experience working in back-end restructuring and insolvency at a leading Australian practice or international firm
  • The ability to manage larger matters, develop client relationships and participate in business development activities
  • A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others
