Procure to Pay Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our finance team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supplier rebates for various clients.

About the Role:

The Procure to Pay Professional will engage with various stakeholders, including finance teams, supply chain managers, sourcing professionals, and vendors. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, resolving discrepancies, preparing payment, and analyzing processes for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prepare payment
  • Analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Responsible for purchasing income reporting and analysis
  • Set up new rebate customer accounts and verify vendor bank details
  • P&L allocation reporting
  • Monitor and administer Rebate Collection (Deferred and Brand Loyalty Rebates)
  • Complete P&L allocation report
  • Assist in terms of issues encountered in payment runs

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field
  • User experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication
