Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic legal advice and support on a range of property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development projects.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support on property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction and development projects
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property and commercial contracts and agreements
  • Conduct due diligence on property transactions to identify legal risks and provide recommendations
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks
  • Assist in the management and resolution of legal disputes and litigation related to property, construction and commercial issues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have between 5 to 8 years' post-admission experience in property law, and ideally some exposure to construction law, from either private practice or in-house. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
