Job Overview

The position of Principal Project Officer (Improvement and Innovation) plays a pivotal role in the Strategy, Planning, Improvement and Innovation team. Collaborating with various stakeholders and organisational leaders, this key member will deliver strategically-aligned transformation, improvement and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, technical advice and delivery support to enable critical improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Progress the organisational approach to sustainable improvement and innovation through the ongoing development, maturation and delivery of the Improvement and Innovation Framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise and excellent communication skills. A proven track record in project management, strategic planning and team collaboration is essential.
