Job Description:

We help organisations enhance their performance and drive transformation with confidence by identifying risks, designing frameworks, and improving governance and management.

As a senior consultant, you will be addressing a wide range of client issues in public sector, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors across Oceania. You will belong to an international network of specialists helping clients design, implement, and review significant and critical change priorities.

This is a hybrid position based in Brisbane, allowing for flexible working arrangements with reduced hours.

  • Contributing to teams delivering risk, trust, resilience, and transformation service engagements end-to-end, particularly enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, compliance, and full-cycle project risk management
  • Planning, preparing, and reviewing activities and deliverables for clients and other parties
  • Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients
  • Working on multiple client engagement teams within the practice

The ideal candidate has experience working in risk, governance, strategy, or compliance roles for blue-chip, government, or professional services organisations. They also have ERM design, implementation, and operations experience, including risk service delivery.
