The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management and agile leadership, with experience driving execution, facilitating planning, and removing obstacles.

  • Manage multiple initiatives, resources, and timelines.
  • Provide delivery insights to support planning.
  • Champion innovation, inclusion, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or project management; 5+ years in transformation project delivery.
  • Strong experience in agile and traditional project management; certifications preferred.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Skilled in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).
  • Proficient in digital tools and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans that align with business goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in business, technology, or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
