Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support and be a key point of contact for residents, family members, visitors, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, greeting residents and visitors, ensuring common areas are inviting, and providing general administrative support to the community manager.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8am-4pm with the possibility of extra shifts on other days as a Food & Beverage Attendant.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing administration or reception environments, intermediate computer skills, and adaptability to learn new software programs.

Key responsibilities include coordinating work, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, completing ad-hoc duties delegated by the community manager, and maintaining a safe and inspiring environment for residents.
