Job Title: Leadership Director

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leadership director to join our team. As a values-based leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational vision of our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and articulating a shared educational vision that focuses on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.
  • Be futures-oriented and strategic.
  • Understand the legislation and policies that impact schooling.
  • Manage resources to achieve goals.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the leadership team to pursue and achieve the school's vision. Strategic use and analysis of data are desirable. The school offers a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can grow and learn with confidence.
