
Healthcare Quality and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead initiatives that improve healthcare quality and safety.
This is a full-time, non-ongoing position for a period of 18 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to advance healthcare quality and safety, liaising with stakeholders to achieve medical research goals, and providing leadership and guidance to team members.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in health and medical research management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the field of healthcare and develop innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to improve healthcare quality and safety.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to advance medical research goals and objectives.
Lead and Guide Team Members: Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in health and medical research management;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
