Safety and Quality Manager

This is a vital position within our healthcare facility, focusing on ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve outcomes and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality and safety protocols across the hospital
- Collaborate with senior teams to deliver effective patient-centered services and uphold governance principles
- Foster leadership and support among management and clinical staff to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Tertiary qualifications in quality management or a related field, or relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
