Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Robotics Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Robotics Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and calibrating agricultural robotic systems at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure robotics systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • D diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Provide technical support to customers and farm staff on operating and maintaining robotics systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product reliability and serviceability.
  • Document all service activities and develop preventive maintenance plans.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for service activities.
  • Support field trials of new equipment and prototypes, providing valuable feedback on performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Field experience, preferably in agriculture or robotics systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
  • Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and industrial control systems is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and work in diverse environments.
