Our organization is seeking a skilled Cable Repairer to join our operations team.

The Role

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vital industry by ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical infrastructure for mining, industrial, and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to safety, excellent attention to detail, and hand tool skills, with the ability to work independently and be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities include repairing reeling, trailing, and flexible cables, testing for faults and verifying repairs, inspecting and fitting plugs/couplers, and ensuring all work complies with required standards.

The successful candidate will also support general workshop operations as needed and possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent attention to detail, and hand tool skills.
