Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and develop their skills in networking and IT.

This contract position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Brief Description of Role: To provide technical support and maintenance for our network infrastructure.
  • Main Responsibilities:- BAU support for Level 1 and Level 2 issues- Provide support for routers and switches- Support wifi and wifi configuration- Firewall (Fortinet) and Voice technology support- Unpack, install, test and repack various networking equipment- Clean up various racks and switches and provide extra cabling

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • - A strong background in networking and IT
  • - Experience in enterprise level routers and switches, ideally Firewall support
  • - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
