Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lending Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with prospective clients, as well as servicing existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business relationships through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Servicing a diverse client base by providing secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit, ranging from $5MM to $75MM in credit exposure
  • Collaborate with the credit department to analyze credit opportunities and develop approval request documents
  • Establish loan structures, products, and terms within established lending limits, working closely with managers
  • Monitor current loans and credit lines within your assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan terms and bank policies
Requirements
  • Advanced sales and marketing skills
  • Understanding of credit legal documentation
  • Ability to review and evaluate documentation for risk
  • Experience with regulatory requirements
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Knowledge of bank operations and the credit process
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and independent, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
