A highly skilled and experienced leader is required to oversee the facilities management for a national retail portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of Operations/Facilities Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee national delivery of maintenance, repairs, and building services.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems, conduct audits, manage incident investigations, and oversee contractor safety performance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering best-in-class facilities management services across multiple retail assets, championing continuous improvement and sustainability.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior facilities manager to leverage their expertise and experience in managing commercial or retail portfolios, leading teams, and driving business growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
