About us
At the heart of our mission is a relentless ambition to excel, grounded in trust, respect, integrity and good corporate citizenship.
We help our clients navigate today's complex world by leveraging our expertise in transactions, disputes and regulation.
The cornerstone of our approach is delivering high-quality legal advice that provides an exceptional edge for our clients.
This allows our partners to lead in their fields and provide our lawyers with opportunities to learn from them.
We are innovators in the use of technology, redefining value and service in the legal industry.
Our open culture attracts and inspires the best legal talent.
We've been on a journey of rapid progress since 1988, achieving extraordinary success in just over three decades.
Our team drives our firm-wide program of legal productivity improvement and ensures we're always at the forefront of legal innovation.
The Legal Project Management (LPM) team plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of large, complex matters within the firm.
This role goes beyond traditional matter management – it's about resourcing effectively, partnering closely with the lead Partner, and bringing together all the moving parts of running a significant engagement.
As a Legal Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of a major matter over an extended period of time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Matter management: Supporting the planning, delivery, and ongoing management of a major matter over an extended period of time.
- Operational excellence: Assisting with pricing, resourcing, communication, reporting, and process mapping to ensure the matter runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Driving the development and implementation of our internal LPM tools, including set up, training, and continuous improvement.
- Identifying, developing, and testing technology solutions that can enhance the delivery of LPM tasks and functions.
- Creating and contributing to LPM templates, collateral, guidance materials, and training to build firm-wide capability.
- Supporting and contributing to broader firm transformation projects that improve how we deliver legal services.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a key client matter, helping to shape the way we deliver complex legal work and strengthening the bridge between legal excellence and project management discipline.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience in a project management environment and a desire to take the next step in your career.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Around 2–3 years of hands-on project management experience (legal, professional services, or a comparable environment).
- A track record of spotting opportunities for improvement and working with stakeholders to implement change effectively.
- High organisational skills, with a strong focus on detail, and comfortable acting as the central point for workflow coordination and prioritisation.
- Empathy and a service mindset – you understand the importance of supporting the team and partner to achieve the best outcomes.
- Reliability, accountability, and trustworthiness, with a natural ability to build confidence in your work.
We offer a supportive and flexible work environment, top-of-market remuneration and a range of benefits including 26 weeks paid parental leave, additional annual leave, subsidised café and gym membership, end of trip facilities, exclusive retail discounts, social events and much more.
