As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our station.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who excels in administration and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Station Manager, including record-keeping, correspondence, and reporting.

  • You will coordinate staff rosters, travel, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Manage procurement of supplies, inventory, and essential station resources, maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with payroll, timesheets, and HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Drive compliance with workplace health and safety standards, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Support operational planning and implementation, fostering collaboration and efficiency among team members.
Your Skills and Experience
