Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Station Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive support to the Station Manager.

This is a pivotal role that requires a proactive approach to administrative and operational support. You will be responsible for providing record-keeping, correspondence, and reporting services, as well as coordinating staff rosters, travel, and accommodation arrangements.

You will also manage procurement of supplies, inventory, and essential station resources, assist with payroll, timesheets, and HR-related tasks, and drive compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be an organised, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will bring strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset to the team, ensuring smooth operations and a cohesive workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to champion safe work practices
  • Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to station-specific software and tools
  • Experience in station or agricultural operations (preferred but not essential)
