We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Station Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating staff rosters and travel arrangements, managing procurement of supplies, assisting with payroll and HR tasks, driving compliance with workplace health and safety standards, and supporting operational planning.

Job Requirements
  • A strong background in administration and organizational skills is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety is crucial, with the ability to champion safe work practices.
  • Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems are also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in station or agricultural operations, although this is not essential. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, able to quickly adapt to station-specific software and tools, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
