Skills You Need to Be Successful in the Role:
  • Prior experience in an MSP type role providing a wide range of support
  • Solid understanding of a wide range of IT technologies - servers, virtualization, networking, MDM, and cloud
  • High-level knowledge of networking, server, and virtualization (seasoned L2 or L3)
  • Implementation and troubleshooting experience of Cloud-based hosted platforms, IaaS, and MDM platforms
  • Confident, self-motivated, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a larger team
  • Able to develop trusted rapport with clients
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
