About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our team at NCS Australia. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to design and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop and implement tailored change management plans, communication strategies, and engagement activities to ensure successful business transformation.
  • Consult with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks associated with change.
  • Develop and implement business change management strategies and plans to drive operational excellence.
  • Scope and size business change management activities and associated resourcing requirements.
  • Develop reporting and training programs to support the adoption of new systems and tools.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role working with a large complex enterprise or government environment.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational changes involving multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior leaders, and impacted team members.
  • Experience in delivering tailored change management plans, communication strategies, and engagement activities for enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Ability to consult and engage with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for change.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to persuade leaders to recognise the need for change.
  • Certifications in PROSCI or other change management methodologies are highly regarded.
