**Agile Coach Role at Pyramid Global Technologies**

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to help drive our organization's transformation to a more agile and efficient work environment. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in guiding our teams to adopt agile best practices, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Work with Project Teams**: Collaborate with project teams to analyze current systems and processes, and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices.
  • **Guide Teams**: Provide guidance to teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met.
  • **Lead Agile Workshops**: Lead agile workshops for development and functional teams, as well as key stakeholders, to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • **Promote Agile Mindset**: Champion an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • **Facilitate Learning and Development**: Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
  • **Coach Senior Management**: Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down.
  • **Communicate Agile Principles**: Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization.
  • **Champion Metrics**: Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
  • **Daily Follow-ups**: Undertake daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met.
  • **Objective Perspective**: Maintain an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoot by applying agile principles.
  • **Stand-up Meetings**: Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status.
Requirements
  • **5+ Years of Experience**: 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
  • **Agile Frameworks**: Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
  • **Cultural Adaptability**: Ability to showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
  • **Project Experience**: Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • **Leadership Skills**: Strong leader, educator, and coach.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communicator and motivator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • **Scrum Coach Certification**: Scrum Coach certification.
  • **Scrum Master Certification**: Scrum Master certification.
  • **Large Organization Experience**: Experience coaching at large organizations.
