About this role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects in secure operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. They will also work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring effective utilization and minimizing waste
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a secure operations environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Australian citizenship and a Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance
