Job Title: ICT Senior Project Manager

Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Senior Project Manager to lead our esteemed Federal Government Client project.

About the Role:

The ICT Senior Project Manager will oversee the project's purpose and status, ensuring all project goals and timeframes are met. This role supports the agency by delivering high-quality and consistent projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver projects with agency-wide impact, developing and implementing project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework.
  • Oversee project design, governance arrangements, and operational integration, ensuring project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage and monitor financial budgets, overseeing contract management, procurement, resources, and expenditure.
  • Identify, assess, manage, escalate, report, and monitor project risks, issues, and benefits.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing critical ICT Infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders involved from Infrastructure and Business aspects.
  • Experience working with large organizations, preferably in government departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure against short timelines.
  • Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs.
  • Experience tracking complex ICT projects and providing support to clear blocking issues.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.
