Job Role Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our team as a relationship banking specialist. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert advice on financial products, and driving sales growth.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of financial products to provide tailored solutions that meet customers' evolving needs.
  • Determine customer needs through consultation and negotiation, referring them to specialist teams as necessary.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business success.
