We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Specialist to lead our social media presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

This role involves creating and coordinating paid content, executing and optimising ads, and monitoring performance. You will also craft tailored copy and original content for diverse audiences and platforms.

  • Create and brief assets for paid campaigns, execute and optimise ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Monitor paid ad performance, attend weekly meetings and contribute to planning with insights from paid and organic content.
  • Craft scroll-stopping copy and original content for diverse audiences and platforms, aligned with the content calendar.
  • Help manage organic content scheduling and publishing via Emplifi, curate user-generated content, and engage followers to grow our social media community.
  • Maintain an accurate paid and organic content calendar, collaborate with the website team, and support crisis communications when required.
  • Capture offsite content using mobile devices and brief freelance creators for shoots as needed.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and YouTube ad platforms.
  • Proven experience creating paid social content for consumer brands.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and multimedia content creation skills.
  • A sharp eye for creative quality, refining visuals and copy based on performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
