We're partnering with a household name in the sporting industry to find a digital-first content professional who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to turn behind-the-scenes access into scroll-stopping content.

This is your chance to join a consumer-facing brand with a national fanbase and a high-performance mindset. You'll be based full-time in the Brisbane office, working alongside athletes, commercial partners and a tight-knit team that values creativity, hustle, and a hands-on approach.

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of social and digital content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and web
  • Work directly with athletes and capture engaging content from within the team's facilities
  • Produce pre- and post-event content and on-the-ground coverage at live sporting events (travel included)
  • Build and manage fan engagement programs, events and digital activations
  • Support PR, partnerships, and membership engagement campaigns
  • Provide creative input and performance reporting to internal stakeholders

About You

  • Background in marketing, communications, content or sport
  • Experience creating content across social channels (can include video editing, basic design, writing)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive communicator and a team player
  • Willing and available to travel to events throughout the year (travel, accommodation and meals covered)
