We're on the hunt for a strategic and creative Social Media & Community Lead to join our team. As a key member of our digital squad, you'll take ownership of our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Your mission will be to build forward-thinking content plans that engage and delight our audience. You'll work closely with our store, design, and marketing teams to create content that sparks joy online and fosters a thriving digital community.

We're not just looking for someone who can post a reel and check the likes—we're hunting for a digital hype queen (or king) who knows how to rally a crowd, spark joy online, and build a community that feels like the internet's warmest, boldest group chat.

As our ideal candidate, you'll have:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or community management
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on content creation ability
  • Confidence on camera and skill at building emotional connection through content
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, best practices, and analytics
  • Proven ability to grow channels, build engaged audiences, and translate buzz into results
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by creativity and connection

Responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end social strategy, building engagement-first content plans, defining how we show up on social, leading content creation, fostering a thriving digital community, driving social-first activations, and more.
