A Strategic Data Analyst Role

At Greenstone Financial Services, we are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This is a highly visible opportunity for the right candidate to drive key business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) strategy and delivery across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building statistical/machine learning models for ROI, response and causality, as well as experience integrating data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute MMM and MTA strategies to optimize marketing performance.
  • Create statistical/machine learning models to analyze customer behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from media platforms, CRM, internal sources, and partners.
  • Presentation of findings to senior business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical/machine learning modeling, preferably in Financial Services or a regulated industry.
  • Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and modern data science libraries.
